About the Release of Information in Criminal Cases
Inevitably in
criminal cases, the public often has questions about the details of
a crime and what led to a suspect being arrested.
During the course of any criminal investigation, various
details may be reported by the media through “sources” that may
or may not accurately reflect the true facts and circumstances of an
on-going investigation.
