• District Attorney Nola Foulston warns of a scam involving telephone calls to consumers between approximately 9:00 pm. yesterday and as late as 10:30 a.m. this morning or after. The calls are allegedly placed by a local bank.

• District Attorney Nola Foulston warns consumers of a possible scam involving the purchase of memberships in a travel club.

• District Attorney Nola Tedesco Foulston is alerting consumers to current solicitations involving property deeds.

• District Attorney Nola Foulston announced today that the Consumer Fraud Division has entered into a consent judgment with America's Car Mart , Inc. d/b/a Car Mart of Wichita.
