What is this service?

Addiction Treatment Services (ATS) is a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program certified by the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services. ATS assists patients in reducing use of alcohol and other substances, thereby improving their overall quality of life.

Who does this program serve?

ATS serves adults ages 18 and older who are experiencing substantial harm and adverse consequences in the mental, emotional, behavioral and physical areas of their life.

How do I access services?

Our goal is to connect you with services as quickly as possible. To initiate services, please complete the Addiction Treatment Intake packet and return electronically. If you are unable to complete electronically, an intake packet may also be picked up on-site at Addiction Treatment Services, 4035 E Harry St. Once the completed forms are received, you will be contacted by a staff member to schedule an intake appointment. 

All patients wanting to access SUD treatment must provide the following before receiving services:

Proof of income - Examples include pay stubs, income tax returns, letter of unemployment benefits, annual benefit award letter, bank statements, signed statement of a family member upon which client is dependent upon for food/shelter, signed letter on agency letterhead from a criminal justice staff person or probation officer, signed letter from a social services staff member or similar professional (homeless shelter worker, therapist, SRS case worker, social worker, etc.).

Proof of Kansas residency - Examples include Kansas Driver's License or Kansas ID card, Kansas Native American Tribal document, Kansas Medical Card, apartment/house rental receipt in the client's name and with a Kansas address, utility bill in the client's name with a Kansas address, signed statement of family member upon which the client is dependent for shelter, signed letter on agency letterhead from a criminal justice staff person or probation officer, signed letter from a social services staff member or similar professional (homeless shelter worker, therapist, SRS case worker, social worker, etc.)
