(Sedgwick County, Kan.) – Commissioners and County leaders will attend the funeral of Commissioner Jim Howell’s mother, Sally (Abbott) Adams, at 11 a.m. today. Services will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, 1636 E. Patriot in Derby.
