Commissioners to attend En Banc meeting with Wichita City Council April 4

(Sedgwick County, Kan.) – Sedgwick County Commissioners will attend an En Banc meeting with the Wichita City Council to discuss the following topics:

• Historical and current state of functional consolidations between the City of Wichita and Sedgwick County
• Review of potential opportunity concerning cultural arts, recreation and parks departments
• Open discussion regarding other potential opportunities for more efficient business models between governments

The meeting will take place at 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2024, in the City Council’s board room, 455 N. Main, 1st floor. It will also be broadcast live on the City of Wichita’s website, at City of Wichita - Sedgwick County En Banc Meeting on Cultural Arts and Parks Services April 4, 2024 (youtube.com) and on television via City7.
