The Sedgwick County Animal Response Team (SCART) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the survival and welfare of animals during natural and manmade disasters. Our mission is "to help ensure the safety and welfare of animals affected by natural and manmade disasters, to educate and train the public, and to help minimize the effects on people and their pets."
