The Sedgwick County Register of Deeds will be launching a new land records management system on February 3, 2025. This upgrade will result in improved recording software and enhanced search capabilities for public land records.

Helpful Hints:

LESS IS MORE – only search under one criteria. For example, last name only or subdivision only. Searching by PIN is not recommended.

For Laredo Subscribers that do not already have a Laredo Anywhere profile, you will need to create a profile. When you have returned the Laredo Agreement, you will receive an email from our office with the next steps, this will include the User information to link Sedgwick County to the Laredo Anywhere profile you created.
