On November 27th, 2019, at approximately 7:39 a.m., deputies were dispatched to a burglary in progress in the 8400 block of south West Street. The calling party, who was the neighbor, advised there were four subjects going in and out of the residence. Deputies responded to the scene. Upon the deputies checking out at the residence, the calling party advised the suspects were getting into their silver sedan. The sedan drove out of the driveway and headed south on West Street.
Deputies attempted to stop the vehicle, the vehicle fled and a vehicle pursuit ensued. The sedan turned left on to 87th Street south and continued east bound. A Tactical Vehicle Intervention (TVI) was authorized. The pursuing deputy executed the TVI maneuver. The vehicle left the roadway, struck the ditch and rolled. The driver of the vehicle was a Native American male. The remaining passengers were identified as a 28 year old white female, a 24 year old white male, and a 29 year old white female. All suspects were transported to St. Francis Hospital.
The investigation is on-going. These are all of the details I have at this time.
