On May 12, 2024 at approximately midnight deputies responded to an injury accident in the 6800 block of west 55th St. S. A black 2003 Suzuki motorcycle, being operated by Remone Fareed Halabi,16-year-old male, struck a red 2013 Nissan 370z that was being operated by a 26-year-old male.
The Nissan and Suzuki were traveling in the westbound lane. The Nissan signal left to turn into a driveway. As the Nissan was turning the Suzuki went to passed in the left lane and struck the driver side. Halabi was wearing a helmet. EMS arrived on scene attempted CPR but Halabi was unresponsive.
