Fatality Accident 5.21.20

On May 20^th, 2020, at approximately 8:15 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the area of Pawnee and Woodlawn for a single vehicle accident. Deputies arrived and located a 1974 GMC pickup that had rolled over. It appeared both occupants of the pickup were ejected during the rollover.

Joseph Cenicola, a 55 year old white male, was located near the vehicle. Joseph was pronounced deceased at the scene at approximately 8:35 p.m.

James Cenicola, a 57 year old white male, was found approximately 100 feet from the vehicle. James was taken by ambulance to Wesley Hospital with severe injuries.

At this time the accident is still under investigation, but it appears speed and alcohol were possible factors in the accident.
