Shortly before 8:00 P.M. on April 27, 2021, Jason Lee Patrick (48) of Haysville, died from injuries he sustained during a vehicle collision. Mr. Patrick was walking on Spirit AeroSystems property on April 23, 2021 when he was struck by a GMC truck driven by a 39 year old male.
