County Treasurer – Tag Renewals

* Vehicle tag renewals are due by May 31 for residents whose last name begins with the letters E, F, or G. Residents may choose to
renew online, in person, or via mail. Click here for more information about renewals.
* To renew a vehicle currently registered in Sedgwick County please provide:
* The registration renewal notice received in the mail.
* Proof of insurance.
* Form of payment - cash or check, money order, cashier's check made payable to Sedgwick County Treasurer, or Discover,
Visa, MasterCard or American Express. A fee of 2.25% will be assessed if paid by Discover, Visa, MasterCard or American Express in person.

* Did you miss the Sedgwick County tweet along on Monday? Communications team members joined an EMS crew to share how EMS serves our community on a daily basis. Find it here
* Sedgwick County EMS held an event on Wednesday, May 24 which celebrated survivors of sudden cardiac arrest and the first responders who assisted. EMS also was honored by the American Heart Association with Mission Lifeline Gold status. They were recognized for implementing quality improvement measures for the treatment of patients who experience severe heart attacks.  cssc1
* County leaders attended the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce’s VIP Open House celebrating their 100th anniversary on Thursday, May 25.

* County offices will be closed on Monday, May 29 in observance of Memorial Day. Emergency services will be available by dialing 9-1- 1.
* As American Stroke Month comes to a close, residents have one more opportunity to receive a free blood pressure screening on May 31 from 10 a.m. to noon on the second floor of the Sedgwick County courthouse, 525 N. Main. No appointment is necessary for the public or employees to receive this service. Screenings are available in partnership with the American Heart Association and Wesley Medical Center.
* The next Board of County Commissioners meeting will be Wednesday, June 7.
