MABCD Jurisdictions

MABCD provides various services (inspections, plan review, etc.) for some of the small cities in Sedgwick County. The permitting process will always start with the small city.

Contractors

If you would like to do business in the cities listed below,

• Make sure your MABCD contractor license (General or Trade) is up-to-date and active.
• Contact the individual city to start the permitting process.
• Submit commercial plans starting with the MABCD Portal (for payment) and using ePlans (ProjectDox) instructions.
• When ready to schedule inspections, request inspections via the MABCD Portal or IVR (Telus: 316-660-9550).
• Valley Center- requires contractors to have a Valley Center license as well as MABCD license.

If you would like to do business in the cities listed below, please contact them for permitting, licensing, plan review, inspections, etc. They will instruct you on their processes. NOTE: MABCD may or may not perform any services for these cities.
