Dustin Burnett additional charges 7.25.22

Following the arrest of Dustin Burnett for crimes related to the security breach at the Sedgwick County Detention Facility, two female inmates reported inappropriate sexual contact with Burnett.  The alleged sexual contact occurred on July 17, 2022. 

 

Detectives investigated the allegations and added three counts of Unlawful Sexual Relations to Burnett’s current charges on July 25, 2022.
